The OXVA Xlim V3 Replacement Pods are specifically designed for the OXVA Xlim Pro device but can be used across all of the Xlim devices apart from the OXVA Xlim C Pod Kit. The new Oxva Xlim V3 Pods are an improved version of the Xlim V2 Pods, with a longer-lasting coil and top fill. These are currently available in 0.4ohm, 0.6ohm, 0.8ohm and 1.2ohm.
They are intended for the Xlim V2 pod kit and the Xlim Pro and utilise an integrated coil, meaning that once the coil has reached the end of its lifespan it is to be disposed of and replaced, with the new top-filling system it makes for an easier and cleaner filling process.

Returns
How to Return a Product:
Please visit our contact page and fill out the contact form with your order details. Our team will respond within 48 hours.
Return Exceptions:
- Items cannot be returned if opened unless faulty.
- Merchandise that has been used or altered may not be accepted for return or exchange.
- We do not accept mods back that do not charge. We recommend using an external charger for battery safety rather than charging through the mod.
- Original packaging must be retained to qualify for any refunds or replacements.
Faulty Items:
- Allow 48 hours after we receive your item to investigate the fault.
- If deemed faulty, we will offer store credit for a new order, providing a new invoice from the purchase date.
- If the item is found not faulty, it will be returned via Royal Mail 2nd class tracked service, and no refund or replacement will be issued.
- Faulty items within 30 days of purchase are eligible for store credit or refund.
- Faulty items within 72 hours of delivery are eligible for store credit or refund.
- Returns for faulty vapes will not be accepted beyond 72 hours from the delivery date.
E-Liquids and Drip Tips:
Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot offer a warranty on e-liquids and drip tips unless an incorrect item was received or in extenuating circumstances determined by our staff.
Atomizers, Clearomizers, and Cartomizers:
- For products that are dead on arrival, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item to apply the warranty. After this period, refunds or returns cannot be processed. This policy also applies to multipacks.
- Tanks/RDA/RDTA are covered if dead or damaged on arrival with a 30-day warranty. If there is any fault with the tank within this period, we will refund or replace it. Beyond 30 days, no refund or replacement will be offered.
